In this hands-on, 7 week class, local filmmaker, and professional animator, Tim Smyth, will teach the art of organization and visual storytelling. As a group, students will work together to conceive, plan, perform in, and shoot a short movie or two. The movies will be no longer than 4 minutes, and will rely on visuals, instead of sound, to tell their stories. Class will use video cameras to capture the images.

The first 6 days of class will be spent making the movies, the 7th and final class day will be a premier for family and friends.

Grades 6-12.
